Working on structure that teaches structure

Most online education platforms separate subject expertise from instructional delivery — resulting in content that knows its topic but fails to communicate it.

At Jurin Qelath, the people who build seminars are the same people who understand song construction at a technical level.

Seminar session on song structure analysis

Who we are looking for

Instructor reviewing compositional materials
Song structure is one of the most underexplored areas in music education — precise enough to analyze technically, yet open enough to discuss at length.

Jurin Qelath operates fully online, reaching participants across the country who otherwise have limited access to structured music theory instruction. The work here is specifically about seminar delivery: not casual video content, but in-depth sessions with real analysis, peer exchange, and careful topic sequencing.

  1. 1 Subject depth matters — we expect contributors to understand song form, not just describe it
  2. 2 Communication clarity is part of the role, not a secondary skill
  3. 3 Remote-first operation — every process is built to work across different regional time zones

Questions before applying

If you are unsure whether your background fits a specific role, write directly. A short message explaining your experience with music structure or educational content is enough to start.

Jurin Qelath has been building its seminar program since 2023, and the team is intentionally small. Every application is read by a person working on the actual content — not routed through an automated process.
